Juvenile Dependency

The juvenile dependency court is responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of children that have been, or are at a significant risk of becoming, abused or neglected. We can assist parents navigate through this system with the goal of the children returning home to the parent(s). We can assist relatives in attaining placement of a child in the juvenile dependency system.  We can also work with Foster Parents and / or De Facto parents to ensure their rights are upheld and to fight to achieve a safe adoption.  Attorney Julie O. Wolff is a Certified Specialist in Child Welfare, which includes passing a specialty exam and attaining a certification through the National Association of Counsel for Children and the State Bar of California.  Ms. Wolff has thrived in Juvenile Dependency Courts (in numerous trials and hearings) in San Diego, Sacramento, Riverside, and Los Angeles, and has consulted with professionals throughout California and the United States.  Ms. Wolff’s substantial experience in Juvenile Court makes her extremely well-qualified as an advocate.
