Ms. Moreno Marks is first-generation American and a native Spanish speaker. Born and raised in Southern California, she has a passion for opening the doors of justice to those that need it the most.
As a student at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), Ms. Moreno Marks volunteered for JusticeCorps, an AmeriCorps program, whose mission is to provide equal access to justice for those who cannot afford a family law attorney. While at Howard University School of Law, Ms. Moreno Marks was a member of the Family Law Certificate Program and was a member of the team responsible for providing legal services to victims of domestic violence at the Family Justice Center in Los Angeles County through Neighborhood Legal Services.
